Edifice (Real Estate Development Platform) is a Luxembourg company founded in 2020.
It is led by Olivier BASTIN and Aurélie FREDUREAU, two seasoned real estate developers with some of Luxembourg's most iconic developments among their references.
Edifice specialises in the development of high-end real estate projects in Luxembourg to meet the needs of its private, institutional and corporate clients.
Edifice develops its own projects and also acts on behalf of third parties, bringing its expertise throughout the entire real estate development cycle.
Olivier BASTIN – Founding Partner
Olivier began his career in the banking sector (BACOB, 1994-1995) before moving into real estate at Intermarché, where he contributed to the brand's expansion in Wallonia (1995-1996).
In 1997, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle where he led the Office Agency department for Belgium (1997-2005), before becoming Managing Director of the group's Luxembourg office (2005-2011). In 2010, he combined this role with that of Head of Capital Markets for Belux.
He left JLL at the end of 2011 to join Immobel Group (previously Allfin) as CEO of the Luxembourg entity for 12 years. He was also in charge of Immobel's entry and expansion into the German market, and served as a member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee of Immobel Group.
Olivier holds a degree in Applied Economics (ULG, 1988-1992) and an MBA (ULG & Maastricht University, 1993-1994).
Aurélie FREDUREAU – Founding Partner
Aurélie began her career in Luxembourg within a Luxembourg real estate development company, IKO Real Estate, where she was responsible for the commercialisation and development of office and commercial projects.
After 4 years of successful collaboration, she joined the Immobel Luxembourg teams in 2017 as Development Director then Head of Development for 6 years. She was responsible for overseeing the group's most significant residential and mixed-use projects in the Grand Duchy.
Aurélie studied in Paris where, after completing preparatory classes for grandes écoles (maths sup / maths spé), she joined the École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris, from which she graduated in 2013.
Aurélie also completed part of her master's degree in Denmark with a specialisation in urban planning.
